Sponsored indicates how the article is displayed on the publishers website. Yes = Sponsored, Paid, Advertorial, etc. will be shown with the article on the site. No = It is not labeled as sponsored or the like or is shown as written as contributor content. Discrete = Article will be shown as Partner Content, Presented By, Written in Partnership with, etc. but not labeled as sponsored or paid for directly.

Do Follow indicates if a publication allows do-follow links to be included in the article content. This is beneficial for SEO purposes to your site as they allow search engines to "follow" the link, which means the search engine can crawl the linked website and potentially assign some of the domain authority of the original site to the linked site, If a publication does not allow do-follow links, they typically still allow links that are no-follow so you can still link to your site but the authority of the publishing site is not transferred.
